Worship Update – 7.08.21

Beginning in July, we will be worshiping indoors at Peace every Sunday.  However, due to the continued risk of Covid-19 to the unvaccinated (A reminder that children 11 and under cannot yet be vaccinated), we will have the following safety protocols in place.  We will require masks, and physically distancing.  There will be no singing other than by a song leader for the time being.  Communion will be served using communion elements brought from home or using individual wafers and wine provided by the church.  We will ask you to sign in as you enter the church and ushers will help you find seating.  As the service is completed, we would ask you to gather outside for conversation.

As always, worship will continue to be live streamed online.  Please worship with us however you feel most comfortable.

We are getting closer and closer to participating in worship without restriction.  Please help us to follow these safety protocols and council will continue to make adjustments as they see appropriate.

If you have any questions, please talk with a council member.

Small Groups at Peace – Council has approved small groups to meet at Peace using the following guidelines:

· A maximum of 10 people

· Masks & physical-distancing required

· Clean up & sanitize surfaces after meeting

· No shared food (i.e. potlucks)

· Eat while physically distanced

If your small group would like to meet at church, please schedule a time with Pastor Dawn or Donna.

Please note: These guidelines can change at any time due to the risk of COVID-19.

All are welcome… Peace Lutheran is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America that was formed in 2010 to meet the needs of ELCA Lutherans and others looking for a new and exciting place to worship in Tomah, Wisconsin. We invite all to join us on our journey of faith! All are welcome regardless of age, disability, gender, nationality, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.

There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
