Pastor Dawn was extended a call as Peace Lutheran’s first full-time Pastor on Sunday October 12, 2014.  She is a 2008 graduate of Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Pastor Dawn grew up on a dairy farm outside of Wilton, Wisconsin, and is a devout Packer & Badger fan!  She received her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in Family and Consumer Education, served as a missionary in China for 2 years, and then went on to obtain her Master of Divinity at Luther Seminary.  Pastor Dawn met her husband, Brad, in seminary.  They have a son who is in fifth grade, a daughter in second grade and a big puppy, Hercules. As a family they like to be active outside enjoying camping, biking and playing together.

Pastor Dawn believes that all are welcome in the family of God.  We all have gifts to share and Peace Lutheran strives to be a community that welcomes those gifts.  Pastor Dawn is passionate about sharing her gifts for preaching and worship, children and youth, and community and global outreach.
